Director of Operations
Join our team as the Director of Operations, where you'll play a crucial role in driving operational excellence and scaling our business to new heights. We're seeking a seasoned professional with an MBA or Master's degree, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the rapid-growth startup ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer support, cross-functional project management, and successful launches of new products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives, optimizing processes and workflows for scalability.
- Customer Support Excellence: Oversee the customer support function, ensuring exceptional service delivery and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Facilitate seamless collaboration among diverse teams, including product development, marketing, sales, and finance, to ensure alignment and efficient execution of projects and initiatives.
- New Product Launches: Lead the operational aspects of new product launches, from planning to execution, ensuring smooth integration with existing operations and maximizing successful market entry.
- Performance Metrics and Analysis: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting regular analysis to drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Resource Allocation and Optimization: Manage resource allocation effectively, identifying areas for optimization and cost-efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or Masters degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in growth-stage startups, with a focus on operations, project management, and customer support.
- Proven expertise in leading successful customer support initiatives, implementing best practices, and driving a customer-centric culture.
